She moved into broking in 2017 as a Credit Analyst, gaining expertise in loan structuring and credit policy. Since joining Confiance Finance in 2018, Elena has specialised in complex lending scenarios, delivering precise, client-focused solutions.

Outside of work, Elena enjoys travelling, spending time with her dog, and unwinding with a good playlist—preferably something smooth and soulful.

Finance Broker

Wai brings over two decades of experience in the banking and finance industry, having started his career in 2004. Before founding Confiance Finance, he held roles across three of the Big Four banks in both Australia and New Zealand, with a strong focus on SME and commercial banking.

Since becoming a broker in 2013, Wai has built a reputation for delivering strategic, results-driven lending solutions tailored to each client’s goals.

Outside the office, Wai enjoys keeping active, travelling with his family, and watching or playing basketball with his kids.

Finance Associate

Sylvia brings over 15 years of experience in banking and lending, with a career spanning customer service, relationship management, and credit assessment. She began at Commonwealth Bank in 2008 before moving to Westpac in 2013, where she held senior roles including Private Lending Manager. Sylvia’s depth of experience allows her to deliver tailored, high-level solutions across a range of client needs.

In her spare time, Sylvia enjoys travelling, exploring nature, and staying active with sports like badminton and table tennis.

Client Services Manager

Samantha has over nine years of experience supporting mortgage brokers and managing end-to-end loan processes. She is highly skilled in preparing applications, coordinating documentation, and navigating lender requirements with efficiency and care. Her strong grasp of credit policy and compliance ensures a smooth experience for both clients and brokers alike.

Outside the office, Samantha enjoys long walks, outdoor adventures, and unwinding with a good drama or weekend escape.

Daniel brings over 24 years of experience in financial services, with deep expertise in mortgage lending, commercial banking, and brokerage. He began his career in Malaysia in 2000, holding senior roles at Public Bank and United Overseas Bank, before migrating to Australia in 2009. After six years as a Commercial Banker at Westpac, he transitioned into broking in 2015, where he continues to deliver tailored finance solutions with insight and precision.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys world travel, fantasy novels, building model kits, and getting stuck into a good TV series.
